[ Summer Way is pretty much always having something going on, is packed with all kinds of food stalls, eateries, shops. To Aoba, he feels like even his neon blue hair isn't enough to pick him out from the bustling crowd. ]

[Aoba is underestimating Noiz a bit, here. The Manna signature on the GPS wasn't really enough, true, but Noiz was stubborn, and had unfortunately followed him enough before that he was pretty sure he could make the right guess. Especially since Aoba had said what he'd been looking for.

It's only a Flashpoint and maybe an extra 15 minutes (maybe the first couple of shops had been the wrong guess after all, whatever), but eventually he does spot the back of Aoba's head.

A normal person would probably call out, but Noiz, well ...

As he approaches, he makes a motion to hold Aoba's ... hand ...

He's not actually all that sure about it, though. He doesn't actually know if he wants to hold Aoba's hand to hold it or if this is supposed to establish some kind of dominance. But considering that he'd "enjoyed" something like hand holding with One Other Person on Noctium, he'd probably like it with Aoba too.

Yeah, he was still doing his weird Sync experiments in his brain, so what. Totally normal to game acts of intimacy.]

[ Aoba's not used to surprise hand-holding, so when he feels the brush of someone's hand, he flinches as if to get out of the way -- assuming, wrongly, that he'd accidentally wandered into someone's personal space -- but it seems to chase him a little, perhaps not enough to make more than a halfhearted attempt to take his hand in his, but enough to make Aoba instinctively bat the intruding hand away.

A puzzled alarm causes his brow to furrow as he looks to see who it is the hand belongs to and after a momentary recognition flickers over his face, that expression flattens with annoyance. ]

Brat. You just made me jump out of my skin!

[ His other hand shoots out to shove his shoulder, but not very roughly. He's more annoyed over being surprised than by the attempt to hold his hand. ]

You could've said something sooner, you know.

[ He glares at him for a moment longer, then turns while he swings his arm over Noiz's shoulders, pulling him alongside as he leads the way. ]

Just how did you find me so quickly, anyway?

[Noiz smirks at Aoba's expression. It's about what he expected from him— and even if he didn't end up keeping Noiz's hand in his, that was fine. That hadn't really been his goal.]

Guessed.

[He shrugs as Aoba puts his arm around Noiz's shoulder. He didn't actually think he was that fast— those Manna signatures really weren't as dependable as a real GPS. Either way, he wasn't going to reveal his "secret."]
